\nDouble boiler
\nWire
\nDry pinecones
\nDrying rack
\nSalt of option (Epsom salts, table salt, or salt replacement).
\nRaffia.
\nHow to do it.
\nACTION 1.
\nMelt wax in a double boiler to between 150 and 175 degrees.<\/p>\n

STEP 2.
\nHook a length of wire onto top of pinecone and, holding wire, thoroughly dip pinecone into hot wax.<\/p>\n

ACTION 3.
\nSet pinecone on drying rack and allow to cool for a few minutes.<\/p>\n
