What You’ll Need
\nMaterials
\nEggs
\nFood coloring or powdered egg dye
\nScissors
\nCraft glue
\nCardstock
\nTissue paper
\nString
\nCraft knife
\nPaper clip
\nFunnel (optional).

\nUsing a craft knife, poke a small hole at the bigger end of an egg, approximately 3\/4 inch wide. Slip an unfolded paper clip through the hole and pierce the yolk, mixing the yolk into the egg whites.<\/p>\n

Cut tissue paper into 1\/2-inch-wide strips, and use fringe scissors to cut strips into fringe. Beginning at the extremely bottom, draw a narrow ring of craft glue around the egg and carefully location pieces of the tissue fringe along the glue; cut off excess fringe. Repeat up the egg, spacing fringe strips 1\/8 inch apart.<\/p>\n

Using a funnel, fill the egg about halfway with ready-made confetti or with your own homemade variation (just cut up several sheets of tissue paper into tiny squares).<\/p>\n
