What You’ll Need
Products
Toile fabric (B & J Fabrics Cotton Toile).
Smooth, straight-sided round vessel, such as a little glass vase, clean recycled metal can, or drinking glass.
Material scissors.
Decoupage glue (Mod Podge Fabric).
Paintbrush.
Felt (optional).
Guidelines.
Loosely measure fabric by wrapping it horizontally around your vessel. Add 1 inch to length and 3 inches to width. Eliminate.

Spray incorrect side of material with adhesive (or brush with découpage glue), and stick to outside of vessel, folding 3/4 inch under bottom and wrapping majority of excess over rim, pushing down to adhere it to the within. Add more glue at vertical seam to avoid it from peeling.

Trace bottom of vessel onto more fabric or felt, and eliminated the circle. Glue to interior bottom of vessel (to safeguard ideas of any sharp tools you position within, such as scissors). Let dry completely.
