This idea comes from Digital Editor Alexandra Churchill. The cloud balloon pictured here was utilized as a decor for our “Up, Up, and Away” themed infant shower.
A balloon cloud can be made in any size you ‘d like, however we suggest determining the length of the table ahead of time to identify preferred protection. Imagined here: we used approximately 25 balloons to hover above a table that measures 31 x 23 inches. When picking balloons, you can utilize a mix of shimmer and matte all-white balloons or a spectrum of sizes for included measurement and depth.

Pump up a minimum of 25 balloons. (Tip: A handheld balloon pump will help pump up latex balloons much faster. To utilize, slide a balloon onto the nozzle– specifically developed to grip the balloon by the neck– pump it to preferred size, eliminate, and connect off.).
Cut a length of twine and connect 2 balloons. Repeat so you have two sets of connected balloons.
Tie the 2 pairs of balloons into a quad.
Connect more balloons to form a cluster; utilize smaller sized size balloons to fill gaps. Use double-sided tape to stick them in place.
When balloon cloud has reached wanted size, affix to a wall utilizing double-sided tape or suspend from the ceiling using a length of twine and tape.
